Baloo. He’s a favorite character in The Jungle Book; these days, with the new movie in theaters, you see him everywhere. He’s a mentor and a teacher, a leader and a guide. He taught Mowgli to communicate with other animals, opening up the jungle to him and giving him the power to understand his neighbors, rather than fear them.
